Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from the date of your order. Most orders arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays
If we can't ship your order within the stated time, we'll notify you by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Customs and duties
All prices include any applicable import duties and fees. You won't be charged anything extra on delivery.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
