1. About us
This website (glowmyhair.com) is operated by Luxma FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("GlowMyHair", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund. An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we ship your order.

4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

6. Product use and safety
Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Always read and follow the instructions and warnings included with the product. Do a skin test before use, wear gloves, apply in a well-ventilated room, keep the product off your scalp and away from your eyes, and keep it out of reach of children. Do not use the product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

7. Results
Results vary depending on hair type, hair condition, correct application and aftercare. Images on this website may show models or illustrations and are not a guarantee of individual results.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@glowmyhair.com. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
